Join us in Gastein!

At a time when inequalities, polarisation, and disinformation are testing the foundations of our societies, health can lead the way in restoring trust and cohesion. Join us at the EHFG 2025 from 30 September – 3 October to explore how we can heal Europe’s fractured social contract for health and well-being.

The full programme and online registration will launch in July. In the meantime, we are pleased to offer an early bird fee until 30 June for those who wish to confirm their on-site attendance in advance and benefit from a reduced rate.

Civil Society & Academia

Applies to staff principally employed by universities, patient and consumer organisations, and civil society NGOs focused on collective action not linked to public or commercial stakeholders’ interests.

Applies to employees of ministries, the European Parliament, the European Commission, local governments, national public health institutes, and national health services.

Applies to all participants not covered by the other fee categories incl. but not limited to private insurance providers such as sickness funds, consultancies, industry, umbrella organisations, trade associations, and relevant NPOs/NGOs.

The EHFG reserves the right to define an organisation´s eligibility for the fee categories on a case by case basis. The cancellation fee is 10 % of the total amount due until 5 September 2025, then 50 % of the total amount until 19 September 2025, and 100 % thereafter. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to office@ehfg.org.
