Conference Fees

Civil Society & Academia*

Applies to staff principally employed by universities, patient and consumer organisations, and civil society NGOs chiefly concerned with collective action around a purpose not connected with public or commercial stakeholders' interests.

Government & Administration*

Applies to employees of ministries, European Parliament, local governments, national public health institutes, and national health services.

*This price includes shuttle transfers and conference dinners

700 EUR

Standard*

Applies to all participants not covered by the other fee categories (incl. but not limited to: private insurance providers incl. private sickness funds, consultancies, industry, industry umbrella organisations, & trade associations, irrespective of form of organisation, applying also to NPOs/NGOs in the aforementioned categories.

*This price includes shuttle transfers and conference dinners

1950 EUR

EHFG reserves the right to define an organisation´s eligibility for the fee categories on a case by case basis. The cancellation fee is 10 % of the total amount due until 6 September 2024, then 50 % of the total amount until 20 September 2024, and 100 % thereafter. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to office@ehfg.org.
