Strengthening health systems worldwide

What next for the EU global health approach?

Friday, 1 October 2021 | 09:00-10:00 | Room 1

Organised by the Slovenian Ministry of Health under the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU

COVID-19 has demonstrated unmistakably the importance of global solidarity in the response to common threats. No country is safe until everyone is safe, and dealing with this global crisis, as well as future challenges, calls for a holistic, inclusive and coordinated approach to health systems strengthening within and beyond European borders.

Join us in this session organised under the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the European Union to discuss how the EU can contribute to building solidarity, innovation and resilience in health systems worldwide.
