Integrating Health across Policies

26-29 September 2001, Bad Gastein

The village of Bad Gastein hosted the EHFG from 26th to 29th September 2001 which took place with the theme "Integrating Health across Policies", thus addressing a major challenge to European health policy: the necessity of integrating health issues into different policy areas.
Within the framework of various parallel fora and workshops the following topics were discussed: health policy against the background of globalisation and world trade, health policy in the context of the Single Market and the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), the relationship between health technology and health policy.
